Treasury Software,
Treasury Management System
Introducing a professional Treasury System alows you to reduce
staff costs and increase quality to its maximum!
Scope of Services Stahr Treasury Software (STS)
Operation
Stahr Treasury Software (STS) is developed and designed during
years directly out of practical experience in the Treasury
Business and provides the Treasurer and Treasury Staff everything
they need in their daily activities.
By using Stahr Treasury Software, the work is reduced to simple
clicks in the menus, instead with Excel, generating hundreds of
spreasheets with all their links and repetitive redundant work every
week / month / quarter. STS has a slim structure and needs just very
limited ressources which every company has: just a webbrowser!
Dozends very useful reports out of decades of treasury experience
are standard in STS. Such reports are even not included in large
common Treasury Systems, hence, the Treasurer must do his final
analysis again in Excel although using an expensive large system.
Multi-User functionality, import and export and interfaces to all
known ERP systems are also standard with Stahr Treasury Software.
Structure of Stahr Treasury Software (STS)
Following a logic process, Stahr Treasury Software is segregated in
three main parts:
1.
Standing
Data
2.
Transactions
3.
Reporting
Non-redundant
standing
information is the
basis for the
transactions, which are in consequence basis for all reports and
analyses. All modules have a free search function included where the
user may search for every entered item.
All modules, down on single level, are accessible user-sensitive, i.e.
(only) read, input, change or delete. Every user has his own personal
login details. Every change will be logged in the respective module
and cannot be changed manually.
For every menu and every report a comprehensive help-information is
available online and may be accessed easy with a click on the ?
located in every lower right corner.
Safety
Because STS - Stahr Treasury Software is also provided as a SaaS
solution with ssl-key, the safety of working with STS is safe like any
direct conection to Bank accounts with E-Banking.
Main Menu
Is intended for the navigation and will be automatically loaded at the
start of Stahr Treasury
Software STS. Segregated
in three parts: Standing
Data, Transactions and
Reports. During the start it
looks automatically
whether outstanding or
not confirmed items are
pending, such as
interest-fixings, fx-deals, guarantees, credit-facilities, loans.
Therefore the unsafe handling with those very important reminders is
now easy under permanent control instead of doing it in a Excel-File,
Outlook or post-it at the computer-screen etc.
A small funtion allows to see who is online at the moment.
